Each of the six lots will have a developer-installed deepwater dock on Peltier Creek with the option of two slips for Lots 2-6 and one slip for Lot 1. It will be easier than ever to access the ICW!

Hog slat docks on Peltier Creek will be installed as part of pricing. 

Owners will always have a view of both Peltier Creek and Bogue Sound. No structure will ever be built upon the shared common space. 

You can’t put a price on privacy! Peltier Point will be gated for maximum security, and will boast sea walls both on the sound side and creek side.

Built Upon Area (BUA) allocations range from 2,300-2,800 square feet, with a maximum building height of 50'.

The northernmost part of Peltier Point will be a shared common space, where it will be used for access to Peltier Creek, boat slips, boardwalks, landscaping and community gatherings
