Each of the six lots will have a developer-installed deepwater dock on Peltier Creek with the option of two slips for Lots 2-6 and one slip for Lot 1. It will be easier than ever to access the ICW!

Hog slat docks on Peltier Creek will be installed as part of pricing. 

UNIQUE VIEWS

Owners will always have a view of both Peltier Creek and Bogue Sound. No structure will ever be built upon the shared common space.
